First step of the buying process involves a discussion with one of our investor agents. It’s important both sides are on the same page and move forward with a clear and well defined objective for what and where we will be searching.

Once identified, we will set you up with daily alerts of properties that fit your criteria as well as notify our network of real estate professionals of your search. If needed, we also have a system for sourcing offmarket deals on your behalf.
