If you haven’t picked up on it already, at The Elle Group we pride ourselves on our systems and processes. That being said, we remain flexible.

If you’re a first time home buyer, we’ll slow things down and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. Inversely, if you’re an experienced investor, we’ll discuss steps to most efficiently and effectively continue to grow your portfolio, we can even set up targeted mailing and farming campaigns on your behalf!

Discuss

First step of the buying process involves a discussion with one of our investor agents. It’s important both sides are on the same page and move forward with a clear and well defined objective for what and where we will be searching.

Set up daily alerts

Once identified, we will set you up with daily alerts of properties that fit your criteria as well as notify our network of real estate professionals of your search. If needed, we also have a system for sourcing offmarket deals on your behalf.

Pre-approve for financing

In tandem with starting your property search, we’ll need to get you pre-approved for financing. Depending on the property and your intentions with it, we have a number of options within our network of preferred lenders.

Schedule showings

As attractive properties arise, showings will be scheduled on your behalf and viewed alongside one of our experience real estate advisors. Our agents are trained to seek out and identify variables which could tilt the scale from a bad investment to a great one (or vise versa!).
